Hot Yoga Stowe offers a wide variety of classes from Hot Yoga 26&2 and Inferno Hot Pilates where the room is heated to over 100 degrees to slow, mindful movement in a warm room around 85 degrees. Keep reading for current class descriptions.
HOT Classes (95-105 degrees)
Hot 26&2Bikram's traditional 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a hot/humid room. Temperature is typically between 100 and 105 degrees. This class is suitable for all levels.

Hot 26&2 FusionBased on the firm foundation of the hot 26&2 method, this fun class offers alternative and intermediate postures. The first set of postures is the traditional 26 postures. The second set plays with moderate twists, turns, balance challenges, and inversions.
Some hot yoga experience is helpful for Hot 26&2 fusion classes. Note: This class may run long! |
Hot Vinyasa FlowVinyasa flow is a dynamic asana practice linked to the breath. Each class flows through a series of vigorous and mellow movement, taking time to tune in to the body and breath. Be prepared for various standing, balancing, seated, and on the ground postures. Specifically tailored for the needs of the students present.
Done in a hot/humid room between 90 and 100 degrees. All levels are welcome. |
Inferno/Hot Pilates (95-105 degrees)
Inferno / Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates creates long, lean muscle mass and burns fat. And the results are super fast. This whole body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. To avoid the pounding impact of running and jumping, Inferno Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury.
Done is a heated room between 90 and 95 degrees. Class is suitable for all levels. |

Warm Slow Flow is a vinyasa-style class in which students move slowly through a series of asanas, flowing through sequences of Sun Salutations and standing/seated postures. Emphasis is place on linking breath to movement while relieving tension in the body, holding stretches, and moving mindfully.
Done in a warm room between 85 and 95 degrees. Class is tailored to the students present - ideal for beginners and anyone returning to yoga after a long absence! |

You may have heard of yoga but what the YIN!? Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga in which the postures are designed to be held for a minimum of three minutes so that the release goes beyond the muscle and helps to bring pliability to fascia and connective tissues.
This class will provide you the opportunity to peel back the layers of stress. During class, our reiki-certified teacher Jess Lantos offers hands on energy healing. Yes Body Dance is a high energy beginner dance class merging intuitive breath-work, grooves, isolations, footwork and musicality to deepen one’s connection to self and tone the body. This class is about giving ourselves permission to be sensual and fierce, and having fun together!
Yes Body Dance is a 75-minute unheated class. |
Gentle Yoga & Myofascial Relief Series |
In this unique gentle yoga class series, you will be invited to drop into a relaxing and mindful practice with slow, intentional movement appropriate for all levels, including beginners. Each class will be a guide into experiencing and cultivating an informed awareness of the body’s “fascial networks,” which orchestrate our living and dynamic movements in both obvious and subtle ways.
